Since the merchandise offered on CristosMob.com  is special ordered merchandise and sold for a limited time. Unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info  At AskCristosmob@gmail.com  and send your item to: address coming soon.

  1. When will my order arrive?
  2. All orders are expected to be shipped within 2 to 4 weeks from the order date.  Due to the exclusivity of each drop, production times are longer. 
  3. I placed my order, but have not received tracking information?
  4. Once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed, you will be sent an email update with the tracking information.
  5. What shipping method do you use?
  6. USPS
  7. USA -  (3 to 5 business days from ship date)

  9. DHL Express - International (3 to 10 days from ship date)

  13. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
  14. What is your return policy?
  15. All sales are final.  No returns are available on any merchandise.
  16. Do you restock your inventory?
  17. Every round is only live until the next round is released.  Merchandise from previous rounds are not stocked.  At times, we will have a special release of previous rounds.
  18. Sizing?
  19. Everything is true to its size. If you want the longer, bigger look which is popular in present day, we suggest getting a size up.
